Fit To Perform: Dedicated To Every Athlete's Journey

Expert, holistic care tailored to each individual. Whether you're an elite athlete, just getting started, or getting back to exercise after illness or injury, we're here to support your journey.

Condition and Injury assessment

Medical evaluation for sports participation and performance, and pre-participation screening, which may include:

  • Screening for underlying conditions or deficiencies
  • Optimisation of existing medical conditions and injuries
  • Holistic health review, including physical examinations, blood testing and ECG analysis

Blood testing

Feeling more tired than usual?
Is your heart rate or power output not where it used to be?
Have you experienced a bone stress injury or keep catching infections?

After a thorough clinical assessment, we can explore the best options for testing and analysis tailored to your needs.

For instance, did you know that women and endurance athletes are at a higher risk of iron deficiency? Or that low vitamin D levels can increase your risk of bone injuries?

Steroid Injections

We offer a wide range of steroid injections for the treatment and management of many different musculoskeletal conditions. A few examples include:

  • joint pain related to osteoarthritis
  • rotator cuff shoulder pain or frozen shoulder
  • carpal tunnel syndrome
  • tendon problems at the wrist

If you are unsure if a steroid injection might help you, please get in touch.
